Precise Fire has partnered with the Darveniza Group to deliver comprehensive fire protection services across their expansive industrial property portfolio in Queensland.
With over 60 sites under management, the Darveniza Group required a reliable and scalable solution to ensure compliance, safety, and operational continuity across diverse facilities.
Precise Fire provides ongoing fire system testing, maintenance, and compliance reporting tailored to the unique needs of each site. Our team of certified technicians conducts scheduled inspections and servicing of fire detection systems, sprinkler systems, extinguishers, hydrants, and emergency lighting. Leveraging digital reporting tools, we ensure real-time visibility and streamlined communication with site managers and compliance officers.
Our team's objective is to improve fire safety outcomes across the portfolio, reducing risk and ensuring all sites meet Queensland’s stringent fire regulations. Our proactive maintenance approach has also helped minimise system downtime and emergency callouts, delivering cost efficiencies and peace of mind for the Darveniza Group.
With a strong focus on reliability, transparency, and technical excellence, Precise Fire continues to support the Darveniza Group in safeguarding their assets, people, and operations across Queensland.
We’re excited to announce that our PAAP program has won the TAFE NSW Gili Industry Partnership Award! The Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program is in it’s 3rd year and is a fantastic collaboration between Precise Air, TAFE NSW and NSW Police, providing educational and employment opportunities in the HVAC industry. It’s help us raise the overall participation rate of First Nations employees in Precise to almost 4%, and represents 19% of our apprentice cohort. Certainly something for us to celebrate in Reconciliation Week! Gili (pronounced ‘kill-ee’) is an Eora word meaning ‘to shine’. The Gili Awards celebrate the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and TAFE NSW employees, as well as innovative programs that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Special thanks to the Precise Air team, TAFE NSW’s Sharon Taylor, Emma McDonald and Gary Jarret, and NSW Police Superintendent Scott Tanner APM.
