It’s been a great week for Precise Air’s Construction Division with Biljana Stevanovic joining the team as Engineering Manager.
Biljana’s first role in Australia 20 years ago was as a mechanical engineer for Meinhardt. She has since managed highly complex mechanical projects in her roles as a Senior Project Engineer and Design Manager for a number of engineering firms, as well as working as a design consultant on behalf of construction companies. This combination has given her a unique understanding of how to collaborate and communicate between all stakeholders to reach an outcome that meets technical requirements whilst remaining financially viable.
Biljana has design and managed large scale projects in the commercial, health, and education sectors, including Sutherland Hospital, Lindfield Learning Village and Oran Park School.
We are looking forward to Biljana becoming an integral member of Precise Air’s Construction team, designing and collaborating with our clients on the challenging and complex engineering projects that are in the pipeline.

We’re excited to announce that our PAAP program has won the TAFE NSW Gili Industry Partnership Award! The Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program is in it’s 3rd year and is a fantastic collaboration between Precise Air, TAFE NSW and NSW Police, providing educational and employment opportunities in the HVAC industry. It’s help us raise the overall participation rate of First Nations employees in Precise to almost 4%, and represents 19% of our apprentice cohort. Certainly something for us to celebrate in Reconciliation Week! Gili (pronounced ‘kill-ee’) is an Eora word meaning ‘to shine’. The Gili Awards celebrate the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and TAFE NSW employees, as well as innovative programs that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Special thanks to the Precise Air team, TAFE NSW’s Sharon Taylor, Emma McDonald and Gary Jarret, and NSW Police Superintendent Scott Tanner APM.
