While HACCP is not mandatory for kitchen exhaust compliance cleaning, it provides that extra level of care and control that is so important in food production.

HACCP (which means Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is an international standard the provides a framework of systems, controls, corrective actions and documentation, with the overall aim of improving the cleanliness and quality of food production areas.

Airgene is committed to provide our customers with the best service possible. Certified to the International Codex HACCP standard is another way that Airgene delivers high quality service that is more than the usual cleaning service.

Not only does it provide us with something to measure our service by, but our customers have the confidence to be able to provide the appropriate HACCP documentation during an official food safety audit.

If you are looking for kitchen exhaust cleaning by a certified provider that complies with AS 1851, contact Airgene on 1300 728 310.
