Precise Air is now offering NABERS assessments for Shopping Centres.
“NABERS ratings for Shopping Centres allows facility managers and owners to understand how they are operating in comparison to shopping centres that are similar in size and function,” explained Joe Mazza, Director – National Business Development.
“There are so many variables from one centre to the next, but the shopping centre assessment tool takes this into consideration, so that FMs and owners can set goals and define an energy and water programme that will help them to easily achieve their objectives,” Joe said.
Precise Air’s General Manager – Building Performance Optimisation, Wissam Salama is accredited to provide these assessments.
“NABERS ratings are used to identify areas for building improvements and to promote the environmental credentials of the buildings,” explained Wissam. “This helps our client attract premium tenants and can lead to an increase in property value.”
If you would like more information on obtaining a NABERS assessment of your shopping centre, please contact Wissam Salama on 1300 728 250.
We’re excited to announce that our PAAP program has won the TAFE NSW Gili Industry Partnership Award! The Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program is in it’s 3rd year and is a fantastic collaboration between Precise Air, TAFE NSW and NSW Police, providing educational and employment opportunities in the HVAC industry. It’s help us raise the overall participation rate of First Nations employees in Precise to almost 4%, and represents 19% of our apprentice cohort. Certainly something for us to celebrate in Reconciliation Week! Gili (pronounced ‘kill-ee’) is an Eora word meaning ‘to shine’. The Gili Awards celebrate the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and TAFE NSW employees, as well as innovative programs that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Special thanks to the Precise Air team, TAFE NSW’s Sharon Taylor, Emma McDonald and Gary Jarret, and NSW Police Superintendent Scott Tanner APM.
