Every year your restaurants, cafes and commercial kitchens must have kitchen exhaust, hoods, ducts and plenums cleaned and certified to Australian Standard AS1851 2012. This is required by Councils and for insurance to reduce fire risk, but it also helps to rid your venue of odours caused by a build up of grease.
