## Healthier Retail Environments That Keep People Coming Back

#### **Retail shopping centres and large format stores depend on clean, safe spaces that invite people to stay longer and keep tenants satisfied.**

Irregular occupancy levels, opening hours, weather events and peak demand periods can play havoc with your facility’s systems.

Airgene delivers HVAC hygiene, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and filtration solutions tailored for multi-site retail portfolios using the latest diagnostic tools and cleaning technology that meet AS/NZS 3666, AS/NZS 1324.1 and AIRAH best practice guidelines.

We help reduce airborne contaminants, fire risk, and maintenance costs while supporting compliance and improving the quality of your air. Our services are designed to protect tenants, enhance customer experience, and keep your retail assets performing at their best.

Anything that manages to reduce our impact, and improve our awareness, is what I would call a success. The fact that we have managed to do this in collaboration with (Precise Air and Fujitsu), is something that we can be proud of, and something that I hope continues to grow and become more prevalent in our projects, because we can achieve great things working together.
