DUCT CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Accumulated dust, particulates, bacteria, fungus and mould in your air conditioning’s ductwork and grease in exhausts can lead to contamination of your building’s indoor air environment and fire hazards.
Airgene’s duct and exhaust cleaning and maintenance service includes:
- CCTV Inspection and before and after photographic evidence
- monthly inspection and remediation of ductwork comprising the air handling systems and components
- annual inspection and remediation of ductwork in the vicinity of moisture producing equipment, fans, terminal units, air outlets and return and exhaust grilles
- supply, installation, modification and transitions, including duct
- cosmetic grille and ceiling cleaning and replacement
- certification on completion of each service.
Airgene’s qualified technicians are authorised for confined space and working at heights.
They ensure that your systems are inspected and remediated according to Australian standard AS/NZS 3666, AS 1851.6 and NFPA 90A.
This includes all ductwork, supply, return and outside air kitchen, bathroom and laundry exhausts.
