We offer advanced processes and techniques for pressure cleaning of all internal surfaces and chemical pressure cleaning of heating and cooling coils to increase air flow, energy and system efficiency, while removing foreign contaminents and mould, disinfecting the supply air chamber.

- monthly inspection and remediation of mechanical equipment including coils, trays and sumps, condensate drains, tundishes and traps of AHUs, FCus, splits, inline duct heaters
