Accommodating fire safety and compliance

Spicers Guesthouse in the Hunter Valley is a five star luxury hotel in a country setting. The Resort includes 2 accommodation wings, large conference wing, main building with extensive dining and cellar areas, new indoor pool and a private cottage building.

Precise Fire performed a total refurbishment of Peppers Resort for the Spicers brand.

Precise Fire was engaged on the project to complete and upgrade of the fire services to Spicers Guesthouse under a design and construct contract with Built Development Group. The works included the upgrade of fire safety services to the existing 44 room hotel including new ancillary buildings and commercial kitchen.

Precise Fire were able to develop the design to meet the relevant Australian Standards and coordinate their works with other trades including interfaces with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical sub trades, providing minimal disruption to the guests and occupants.
