Precise Air' long term partnership with one of Australia's largest Retail Banking corporations reflects almost two decades of consistent performance, innovation, and trust. Since 2007, when our Construction team led a major refurbishment program across NSW, the relationship has grown steadily. With each contract renewal, our scope has expanded—now servicing hundreds of retail sites nationwide.

Our national coverage includes quarterly rural maintenance runs, completed by experienced technicians familiar with the organisation’s systems and expectations. This ensures consistent service quality, even in remote regions.

Contract performance is closely monitored by Precise Air’s dedicated Account Manager through monthly meetings and online reporting, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

In a proactive move to support our client's sustainability goals, Precise Air’s Building Performance Optimisation Solutions team selected a typical retail branch to pilot an energy improvement program. The team analysed energy usage across HVAC, lighting, hot water, and IT equipment/auxiliaries, delivering impressive savings and operational efficiencies. The pilot identified annual energy savings on 45% with a simple payback of 1.8 years.
