HammondCare Greenwich Integrated Health and Seniors Living Campus

Precise Air has been engaged to deliver the mechanical services package for the HammondCare Greenwich Integrated Health, Aged Care and Seniors Living Campus — a landmark development designed to bring healthcare, residential aged care and independent living together within a connected community environment.

Located in Sydney's Lower North Shore, the HammondCare Greenwich development represents a new generation of integrated care facilities, combining world-class health services, aged care accommodation and seniors living residences within a single precinct.

Project Overview

The development comprises:

• A 10-storey Health and Care facility providing clinical and therapeutic inpatient services, together with administration spaces.

• A 5-storey North Building and 6-storey South Building delivering residential aged care and seniors living accommodation.

• 89 seniors living apartments.

• Shared communal amenities designed to support wellbeing, connection and quality of life for residents and patients.

Our scope includes the construction and delivery of the project's mechanical services systems, supporting the operational performance, occupant comfort and sustainability requirements of this complex, multi-use campus.

Collaborative Design Development

Our involvement in the project began well before construction commenced. Over a two-year period, we worked closely with HammondCare and Hindmarsh to develop and refine mechanical services solutions, identifying value engineering opportunities that optimised system performance, constructability and whole-of-life outcomes.

This early contractor engagement enabled the project team to establish strong working relationships and develop practical solutions tailored to the unique requirements of a healthcare and seniors living environment.
