The $1 Billion Westmead Hospital Precinct redevelopment will upgrade facilities to deliver crucial emergency and medical services to one of the fastest growing populations in Australia. The redevelopment includes:

-   A New Central Acute Services building
    
-   The refurbishment of 30% of the existing Westmead Hospital
    
-   A $95m refurbishment of The Children’s Hospital.
    

Precise completed multiple fit out projects throughout the Precinct. These include:

-   Westmead Hospital Refurbishment Stage 2- $4.6m
    
-   The Children’s Hospital - Close Observation Unit - $465k
    
-   Finance Milestone 1 - $540k
    
-   IPU Milestone 2 - $300k
    
-   Audiology and ENT - $270k
    

Works across the projects include: AHUs and fan coil chilled water units; Standby Operation Room fans and VAVs; isolation rooms fan coil units and ducts; BMS.

## From installation to optimisation

Precise Air now completes data informed maintenance, repairs and upgrades at Westmead Hospital under the Western Sydney Local District Health contract.
