Airgene is very proud to announce that we have been awarded the City Tattersalls kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning contract.
City Tattersalls is known throughout the country for its award winning restaurants, state of the art fitness centres and world class function facilities.
“We have recently undertaken extensive renovations and invest in the best chefs and hospitality staff so that we can offer our patrons the highest quality experience,” said Tattersalls’ Chief Operating Officer , Will Corbett. “So it is only natural that we want this reflected in the HVAC hygiene and compliance of our facilities, to ensure that these environments meet our high standards.”
“City Tattersalls understand the importance of engaging with specialist cleaning teams for this type of HVAC hygiene compliance cleaning,” explained Wissam Salama, General Manager Airgene. “Unlike regular cleaning companies, our teams are trained in deep cleaning of the ductwork that leads from the kitchen exhausts. This is the area that poses the highest risk to a building, as smoke and fire can quickly spread through the ductwork to other areas of the building. It also contributes to the general indoor environment, limiting any odours that may travel from the kitchens to other areas in the venue.”

We’re excited to announce that our PAAP program has won the TAFE NSW Gili Industry Partnership Award! The Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program is in it’s 3rd year and is a fantastic collaboration between Precise Air, TAFE NSW and NSW Police, providing educational and employment opportunities in the HVAC industry. It’s help us raise the overall participation rate of First Nations employees in Precise to almost 4%, and represents 19% of our apprentice cohort. Certainly something for us to celebrate in Reconciliation Week! Gili (pronounced ‘kill-ee’) is an Eora word meaning ‘to shine’. The Gili Awards celebrate the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and TAFE NSW employees, as well as innovative programs that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Special thanks to the Precise Air team, TAFE NSW’s Sharon Taylor, Emma McDonald and Gary Jarret, and NSW Police Superintendent Scott Tanner APM.
