The University has a mix of state of the art facilities ranging from The Sustainable Development Building, Australia’s first six-star ‘Green Star – Education PILOT Certified’ rated building, to lecture halls tutor rooms, laboratories, medical centre, libraries and sporting facilities.
In 2013 Precise Air provided equipment upgrades, ad hoc repair services and advice to the University. This has since extended to two full time on site permanent technicians, support technicians for ad hoc works, chiller specialists and an Account Manager who spends at least 50% of each week on site overseeing the smooth delivery of services.
Precise Air provides a full preventative maintenance service for all HVAC & R and chillers.
