Birrong Boys and Girls High Schools – Construction

Precise Air Group and Kane Construction partnered to enhance the educational experience at Birrong Boys and Girls Schools. As a leading provider of HVAC solutions, Precise Air Group is committed to creating optimal environments for learning, and we are thrilled to bring our expertise to this innovative project.

The project includes the construction of new multi storey teaching facilities, refurbishment and extension of existing halls, and the refurbishment of existing blocks and student support facilities.

With a contract value of around $2.3m, the project commenced with value engineering of existing designs. Working to a tight timeframe that included the Christmas holiday period, the team developed a close working relationship with the Kane Construction team, integrating schedules and deliverables into the wider program of works.

The Birrong Boys and Birrong Girls High Schools contract is a great example of the design, construction, project management and commissioning capabilities of our Construction Division. By leveraging our expertise and state-of-the-art technology, we helped to create a learning environment that promotes productivity, well-being, and academic achievement.
