When it comes to kitchen exhaust cleaning, it’s what you can’t see that is the most important and holds the most risk.
Every year your restaurants, cafes and commercial kitchens must have kitchen exhaust, hoods, ducts and plenums cleaned and certified to Australian Standard AS1851 2012.
This is required by Councils and for insurance to reduce fire risk, but it also helps to rid your venue of odours caused by a build up of grease.
Airgene’s kitchen compliance cleaning is completed by specially trained teams who clean the exhaust, hood and plenum to AS1851:2012.
All cleans include:
• Grease arresting filter check, cleaning and replacement
• Exhaust hood and plenum assessment and remediation
• Duct cleaning and grease removal
All cleans come with a full report, as well as photographic before and after evidence and certificates.
