Precise Air Group is pleased to announce that on 12th December 2018 the Company entered into a formal agreement to become a fully owned subsidiary of Fujitsu General Limited. This acquisition provides a platform for Fujitsu General to expand its offering in the Australian commercial market and enables Precise Air Group to accelerate its own business strategies.
